Vote Theft in 2004

First the good news. There have been significant increases in voter registration in swing states. Now the bad news. The Republicans know that they have to keep these new voters from getting to the voting booth.

The Democratic party is committed to fighting for the franchise, unfortunately there has been too much emphasis on after the fact lawsuits, and not enough on having poll watchers on the ground to counter GOP intimidation. Read it here in Black Commentator.
